🛍 Orders & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?
All of our items are made-to-order in our Florida studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.

Can I customize my item?
Yes! Many of our products are personalized with names, dates, locations, and more. Please double-check all spelling and details before placing your order.

Can I make changes after placing my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests before production begins.

🧺 Product Details

What is a waffle weave towel?
Our waffle weave towels are made from 80% polyester and 20% polyamide. The textured weave creates small pockets that absorb water while keeping the surface dry, making them perfect for drying dishes and glassware.

Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every item is designed, printed, and packaged in our Florida studio with care and attention to detail.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because our items are made-to-order and often personalized, we only accept returns or replacements for items that are:

  • Defective, or
  • Incorrect due to our error

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Do you accept cancellations?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun.

Are your items gift-ready?
Yes! Our products are neatly packaged and perfect for gifting. You can also include a gift message at checkout.

Do you offer wholesale?
