Personalized Items:

Due to the custom nature of our personalized products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Each personalized item is uniquely crafted according to your specifications, and as such, we encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before submission. In the event of an error on our part or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can rectify the situation promptly.

Non-Personalized Items:

For all non-personalized items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.
